Payment


You can either pay by:

IPAY88 with three different payment methods:

Visa & Mastercard via UnionPay - If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

Direct Online Transfer (Recommended***) - Online Banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Public Bank etc.

eWallet - Boost, Grabpay, MAE, MCash, Nets QR Pay, Shopee Pay, TnG Ewallet.

Paypal - Paypal will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate. Paypal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate which is set by an external financial institution. Please contact Paypal directly for more details on how they determine their currency conversion rates and fees.

 

Order
We regret to inform you that cancelling an order is unavailable once payment and the order is made and created.

If you would like to add on items to your order after you checked out, you will need to make a separate order altogether. We will pack the orders separately but send them out together under normal circumstances.

 

Sizing

Most of our tees are referring to “Short Sleeve” from our size chart under “Sizing” section. “Oversize Tee” only refers to items named with “Oversize” such as “Imprint Oversize Tee” or “Human Oversize Tee”. The measurement from size chart may slightly vary depends on collection.

You can either refer to the size chart under Sizing section for different types of items OR contact us through Instagram DM or Whatsapp (+60166289684) for sizing suggestions if you are unsure with the fits.

 

SHIPPING

Items purchased from TNTCO will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 working days (Malaysia) and 2-4 weeks (international). Do take note that the date provided is only an estimate date, the exact delivery date is subject to different areas from the courier service.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

TRACKING

Once your order is packed, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service. If the status of the tracking number shows “tracking number invalid” or “tracking number not found”, most likely the status is not updated by the courier service yet. You can check it again the next day as the status will be updated to its latest.

If you did not receive the notification email of your tracking number, you can either refer back to the order confirmation email or contact us through Whatsapp (+60166289684) or email (tntcosales@gmail.com) for the tracking number.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address.

Please fill in your final shipping address to avoid any inconveniences.

 

 

RETURN

Once goods are sold, they are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. If you received defect or wrong item(s), kindly contact us at Whatsapp (+60166289684) for the returns.
